Who is covered by the Copywriter Code?

The Copywriter Code applies to any copywriter who subscribes to the standard.

All copywriters can subscribe, including employed and freelance (independents, agencies, contractors) copywriters.

The Code includes specific provisions for self-employed copywriters (in part 2 of the Code of Practice).
